Pressão social... Todo aquele desejo e vontade que temos de estar constantemente a agradar tudo e todos à nossa volta...Por vezes temos a tendência de prestarmos mais atenção áquilo que é esperado de nós do que ao que realmente nos faz feliz. O simples pensamento de "não vou conseguir", "eles estão a olhar para mim ", "o que é que eles vão pensar ?", "e se eu falhar?" leva, constantemente, a uma não aceitação pessoal e uma ansiedade diária. Amor-próprio é um fator tão importante neste conjunto. Pessoas com uma boa autoestima e confiança são pessoas que não se interessam nem importam com a opinião dos outros. Xenophobia is a serious issue that needs to get more attention. Lately, if you watched the news or even if you checked the internet, asian peolple have been target with insults and violence and most of them it's about the non-sense stereotype "if you're asian you have covid-19". This situation has been out of control, making fun and being bad to someone just because he/she is from a  different ethnic...It´s ridiculous.   Xenophobia is just a lack of awareness of the people who think that the world only belongs to them, and the variety of different types of races is unthinkable. But guess what, the diversity of different cultures is what makes this world amazing and what make us have the possibility to know more about every part of the Earth planet ,is multiple cultures .   This feeling of hate that has been growing against immigrants and the diversal races is something that doesn´t grow with us.      Today, March 21st, marks 42 years since the internacional day of combating racial discrimination was implanted. This day is for all the victms that suffer with this situation.The day is essentially marked by the victms of the first racial massacre, named A partheid. So many deaths for nothing. Racism is still very much present in our society and that needs to change.    To finish, we just wanted to say: just be nice to people because we´re all just triyng our best.

  A palavra violência... À medida que o tempo passa, observa-mos que a violência está cada vez mais presente na nossa sociedade, mas não se trata apenas de violência fisica mas, também psicológica que, no meu entender é o ponto de rutura de qualquer vitima que passa por esta situação. Hoje em dia tendemos a categorizar que a violência só é violência se houver provas fisicas, mas e as provas psicológicas não contam? A tristeza profunda em que se entra quando a pessoa que pensamos ser o nosso porto seguro, nos trata como se fossemos animais, lixo... Por minima que seja a palavra, é suficiente para tirar mais um pedaço da confiança e amor próprio de uma pessoa. A continuidade destas palavras vai deteriorizando de tal forma a saúde mental de uma pessoa, que começam a aceitar que talvez é verdade e, que não merecem um espaço neste mundo como todos os outros. Mas, devemos ter em atenção que não há categorizaçãao de géneros nem faixas etárias neste ato, tanto pode afetar crianças como idosos

The rape case is still not proven.       However, we can say that she did everyting right and what happend was not her fault. Its never our fault. No matter what piece of clothes we are wearing. You can be naked or you can be fully dress up, that it will not matter, unfortunally. It can happend to both genders, feminine or masculin and that is a topic that most people tend a not understand.     Sarah was one of a many others womens that have died by a man hands. A man, in this case, that was supposed to be a signal of hope, to protect us. A police officer. If this doesn't show to the world how messed up he is, I don't know what will. How many more women/men and even worse, babys, little human beigns that can't even defend themselves will have to be a victim for the world to understand?Wether it's domestic violence, rape, assalt, murder or harrassement WE HAVE TO DO SOM
